instantcopy wont stay at 100%

Hi guys
im currently trying to get instancopy to strip out extras from my dvd leaving the menu and original movie track wich is well over the 4.7 gig limit to burn as dvd-r as i plan to re-encode the movie track later with cce problem is everytime i try to get movie track to 100% and select start instantcopy automatically resets video to about 46%
and idea how to rectify this or even use something else to strip out the extras

Download the hidden settings editor 1.4.2

check mark the option "OK button always available" and you can write the PDI files to your hard drive even if they are too big to fit on a DVD-R.

Although there are easier ways to strip out the extras.
