I looking to buy a Video capture card. But everything I see has 3 RCA plugs and can't see how I would connect to it. Here is My VCR

Looks like your VCR is mono and the first capture device is stereo so you would need a Y-connector to join the two inputs from 1 output. The other two cards are video only and you would use your sound card input for the audio, the mono to stereo thing would still apply but the jacks are different.

Unless I am mistaken, that VCR appears to have a mono audio output. If so, you can use a 'Y' RCA adapter cable to convert from one to two inputs on your capture card. This adapter is available at most audio stores.
Edit: You're too fast for me zippyP. I haven't seen a mono VCR in a long time.
