  1. I am sorry for the newbie question.
But I havent done this operartion before and I dont want to make any more coasters.
First off I have used INCD but I seem to have problems with my computer and packet writing software.
Can I use a cd-r to copy, say, emails and/or word doc. to read for later but keep it open to add to it.
I need to take the disk to a couple other computers and in the end I would like to save all files permenently.
I think I am useing Nero wrong because I cant seem to do this.

  2. In nero, to keep a cd-r "open," you need to Start the blank disk as Multisession. When you continue the multisession disk, take note on the options. If you want to keep things simple, uncheck the "Refresh compilation automatically". Then all you need to do is to rename the newer version of the files and drag them to the disk (since you can't delete files on cdr).
