I have a VHS tape which has dual languages on L/R sound tracks for different users. How can I burn a VCD keeping dual languages on separate sound tracks? I usually use Dazzle DVCII to capture to MPEG 2 first and then convert to MPEG 1 (VCD Compl.) by TMPGEnc for better quality. Thanks for your help.
