wierd problem ripping MATRIX

Hi,
I ripped MATRIX DVD->2 DVD-R using the doom9 IFOEdit guide.
I disabled the multiangle in ifoedit. Now, the dvds play perfectly fine
in my dvd-drive but on my panasonic dvd player skips all the action scenes shot in slow motion. The skipping is seamless. There is no blur or noticeable time lag it is as if the scene does not exist on the dvd. Moreover, the display on the dvd player which shows the time played also doesn't show any jump.
Can somebody shed some light on this phenomenon?

that's probably because of all the White Rabbit scenes in the movie.
