    I use tmpgenc to make mpg's which make mpg2 audio. How do i make an ac3 track and put it with the video. Thanks.

    Very simple. once the MPG is complete de-multiplex it with TMPGEnc. you will have an .m2v and an audio file. Download Besweet and convert the audio to .ac3. Then multiplex them back together.
