I wonder if anyone knows of DVD authoring package which would allow me to fade out at the end of a chapter and fade in the beginning of the next -visually that is? I currently use Virtualdub and TMPGenc - both of which do not appear to offer this option.

That is the kind of feature you would find in a video editing program. It is not something I would expect to see in an authoring program.

THanks I'm a bit new at all this and some of the terminology (ie authoring, editing kinda mean the same thing even although I've done a lot of reading).
Any editing package you can recommend?
