I have a MPEG file of 45 mins in length but whenever I try and author the file it is only recognised as 19 secs in length and just outputs 19 seconds of video. I have tried using TMPGenc to set the start and end points but this also only sees 19 seconds of video.
Any ideas????

It's corrupted. Joys of P2P transfers.
Find a program called MPEG Corrector, and it can fix the bad sections(cut out between frames) then correct the header. To Be, Or, Not To Be, That, Is The Gazorgan Plan -

Have tried what you suggested but still doesn't work.
Any other suggestions.
