    I have a MPEG file of 45 mins in length but whenever I try and author the file it is only recognised as 19 secs in length and just outputs 19 seconds of video. I have tried using TMPGenc to set the start and end points but this also only sees 19 seconds of video.

    Any ideas????

    It's corrupted. Joys of P2P transfers.

    Find a program called MPEG Corrector, and it can fix the bad sections(cut out between frames) then correct the header.

    Have tried what you suggested but still doesn't work.

    Try frameserving from dvd2avi to TmpGenc, see if that helps.
