    I got a New PC....

Was running CloneDVD/AnyDVD on a WinXP, 512 PC 2700 RAM, Radeon 9500 Pro, and ASUS a7n8x deluxe MB, Athlon 2100 System using Lite On 401s...things were going fine

Now I have ASUS A7n8x MB, AMD Athlon 2500, 1 GB Mushkin pc3500, WinXp and the same Burner...

Only now I am getting pixelization and freezing at times through my backups...'

    Any ideas?

I also have the same motherboard, but am running a 2400. Have you updated your BIOS? I think there is an update that allows you to run 2500 and up. Did you change anything else besides the memory and processor, load any new programs, remove any cards?

The new MB is an ASUS a7n8x (non deluxe) has latest and greatest bios and drivers....

Video Card is ATI Radeon 9600XT

Sound Card is SB Audigy (I disabled onboard sound because of numerous issues ...no sound, 1 speaker sound, games freezing)

If you are having all those problems with sound and locking up it may be a bad motherboard. Or a power supply that is too small.

I have an Antec Trupower 380...came with Antec 'sonata' piano black case...

MB is probably ok...known for crappy sound

Maybe I will try other software like dvd shrink...

    Here's what happened...

CloneDVD users be aware...If you have a version higher than 1.2.8.4 and are experiencing pixelixation and freezing on your backups....

The solution for me was to reinstall 1.2.8.4 the anydvd version doesn't matter....

I and some others feel that a certain IDE driver in the 3.13 Nvidia driver set has caused this....(I thin It was "SW" or something, maybe say NO to this?

Anyway, hope this helps another poor soul...
