My 703 will play just about anything I throw at it in terms of MPEG-2 SVCD's, but XVCD's are a different story. I select VCD template in TMPGenc, raise the bitrate, and the resulting product has video speed up / audio sync problems when burned with Nero or TSCV. The only thing that works is to encode the video and audio separately using the Panasonic stand-alone encoder then mux it with TMPGenc (VCD non-standard stream). The thing is, I want to use TMPGenc to encode! Can anyone give me some advice?
