  1. Is there a way to record DivX, VCDs that I play on my computer directly to a tape on my VCR. I have a Gainward GeForce 2 MX 400 VIVO graphics card, and I can do from VCR to PC, so is it possible the other way round?

  2. VIVO means video in/video out
connect the video out from your video card to your vcr video in
connect audio out from your soundcard to audio in on your vcr

  4. just the regular speaker outputs is the audio out... you may need a 1/8 inch headphone jack to RCA cord... you can pick one of these up for probably $2 at radio shack.

You can also pick up a y cable to split the audio output into two jacks so you can plug in your speakers and your VCR at the same time.

  6. and dont forget to test the sound output for distortion

line out has a a fixed 'volume' level - when using speaker out as a line out you have to keep the volume quit low on the PC or you will get alot of distortion.
