How can I add audio to a vcd and/or an svcd? I am proficient with vcd easy and nero...

Nerie,
Do you mean that you want to add a soundtrack to a movie you have already burned, or you have something like a picture CD that you want background music to?
If it's the former, then you must do this at the encoding stage in TMPGEnc or a similar tool. There are many excellent guides on this site to help you with that.
If the latter then I am unsure as to how to go about that, but again there are guides here.
