I want to author CVD/SVCD discs with menus that are better than what Nero makes. I was browsing on this site, and found TSCV. it looks like a good program... plus it's free.... but the website has broken links.

does anybody know where i can download the program from?
or does anybody have the install file and could send it to me via AIM/MSN/Yahoo ???
