ATI makes encoding easier by allowing the Library to export between file formats: VCR to MPEG-2 or MPEG-4, MPEG-1 to MPEG-4, MPEG-2 to MPEG-4 (Note: MPEG-4 cannot be exported to other formats). -
It's out!
Just dl'ed it. It does support MPEG-4 capture (DivX compatible up to 10Mbps). No dropped frames here, but I didn't drop frames before either.
Also, generic MPEG2 captures can now go up to 20Mbps, and it seems to do a better job than before when deinterlacing.
Also, it now allows 704x480/576 for MPEG captures. -
