  1. Hi,

finally I have concluded that my problem with DVD-Authoring and out of sync audio is due to small shifts of sampling rate when recording TV shows (instead 44100 Hz, they are somewhat around 44010 Hz).

Do you know of any automated/quicker way to set the sampling rate of the audio firstly to 44010 and then resample to 44100 Hz?

At the moment I do it through TMPGenc demuxing, Soundforge setting the rate at 44010, resampling to 44100, saving as wav, converting to mp2 with TMPGenc and remuxing with TMPGenc. After all this, I come up with fairly good sync of the audio, bug it takes a lot of time since one has to do manually every step.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

  3. These are downloaded files (I am not capturing them myself) and obviously the capture program has this small shift from 44100 to 440xx as I ALWAYS get sync problems when trying to author a DVD (want to save ca. 8 episodes on a DVD.
