    Howdy all,

I recently purchased a KWorld V-Stream Xpert DVD Maker USB 2.0, model number VS-USB2800D.

It came with the wrong software CD. The CD included was for the Xpert
    TV-PVR USB 2.0.

I have downloaded the correct DVD PLUS 3.0 - Capture version software package from Kworld's web site:

    ftp://ftp.kworld.com.tw/V-Stream/PVR-PLUS/DVD_PLUS.zip

I need the CD key and serial number for DVD PLUS 3.0 - Capture version. Kworld has not responded to my email. Would any of you be willing to email me a proper CD key and serial number?

    Thanks,

  2. I think the CD included is the correct one. It is the one that came with mine and I have been using it for three months.

The best success I have had with that device is to capture and edit with PVR-Plus, then import into Roxio 6 DVD Builder to create menus, transitions and burn to DVD. Like all editing software PVR Plus it takes a little while to learn and I like it once I learned it.

But using that approach Roxio don't let you edit the file (trim and split) with files it did not create. It will crash when trying to burn the DVD.

I burned several DVD's using only Roxio but it drove me crazy with audio sync problems.

Don't use any Cyberlink products to capture, it won't work.

I tried numerous software I found on this site and I always came back to PVR Plus.
