lg4040b and dvd media

i'm asking you wich kind of dvd media(dvd-r) are compatible with my dvd burner lg 4040b.
my target is knowning if my lg4040b support the dvd-media named "Choice-Consumables" (sub-type of Princo?).

Hy pataffia,
I have a LG GSA 4040B (4x) too and I´m very happy. I have tested DVD-R Princo 4x and SmartBuy DVD-R 2x medias and both worked great.
In the link below you have a list of DVD+/-R, DVD-RW and DVD-RAM manufactures for this DVD writer and users comments.

it even burned my 1x princo dvd- at 2x i love this burner

I've had good luck with Maxell and Fujifilm. Both skip/freeze periodically on our Toshiba player in the living room but work perfectly on my RCA player and PC.

Ritek -4X works for me at 4X. Maxell -2X and TDK -2X burns at 2.4. All work on my home DVD Pioneer 535,
