having 2 big files (1gig each)
i want to make these into 3 equaly big clips.
what do i do.
precision i tmpegenc mpeg tools aint that good.
i want the first and secong file to match perfectly into 80 min cd.
how can this be done?

You need to cut with bbmpeg. Just set output size to 790MB's and the first two file will totally fill the 80 min cdr. This is all covered in the cutting guides. http://www.vcdhelp.com/editmpg.htm
