  1. I want to convert DIVX and XVID files to DVD,
    i saw in the site 7 guides, what are you recommend me to use?

  2. Basically its up to you. There are many guides because there are many ways of doing this. Different ways suit different people. Your choice may be based upon what tools you already have or are familiar with, simplicity, percieved quality of result etc. Only you can choose. I suggest reading a few if not all and the trying things out to see what you can get to work for you. No guide is perfect and so will not work in all situations.

    You can convert from Stereo wav, mp2 or mp3 to stereo Ac3. It is possible to convert stereo to 5.1 Ac3 but there is no benefit to doing so, you don't get true 5.1 sound.

    #4 is a pretty good, basic guide which uses AC3 and is written by Baldrick, the administrator of this site. There is a thread attached to that guide and he will answer any questions that you have about it.

    if my Divx movie is stuck at specific point it`s says that in the conversion will stuck too in this point?

    That usually means the file has some bad frames. There are a few guides on how to fix those too. Do that before attempting to convert.
