  1. Ok,
I have spent like over an hour searching through here to see what the best way would be to do what I would like to do, and of course, to no avail right off the bat ! So, I would like for someone to help me by giving me some advice or lead me the right way.

Here's what I am trying to do:

I have some .AVI (SVCD) I would say, they are cartoons by the way at the resolution of 480x360. Some of them are at 23.976fps and some of them are at 29.970, I would like to put these cartoons onto a dvd-r with menus and all the works. So, what is the best way to convert them all into 1 ntsc compatible authoring format so I can burn them off ?

I have looked at Vdub with frameserving, and a few others, but I need something that is easy to understand and complete !?

    Thanks,
    Sray2k

  2. Convert to DVD compliant mpeg-2 with TmpGenc, Author and burn with TmpGenc DVD author.
