I'm trying to copy Men in Black and it looks like the audio from the director's commentary is also included in the main movie.

I can hear the movie's audio but the director's commentary audio is also there.

I used DVD Decrypter to copy the movie to my HD, then ran DVD Shrink to compress. Even tried DVD2One.
I also tried just copying the movie files and then running dvd shrink and DVD2One, still the same results.

Can someone please give me some advice.
