How can i input subtitles on my dvd? i use dvd lab 1.3

You can't use dvd-lab only but you can use ifoedit and srt2sup to make a vob and then import in dvd-lab.

But because DVD-lab, in its current version, doesn't support subtitles yet, you will have to switch between subtitles and off only through the subtitle button of your player's remote. You can't put links to your subtitles on the potentially fabulous menus you can create with DVD-lab; tough.
For the nth time, with the possible exception of certain Intel processors, I don't have/ever owned anything whose name starts with "i".
