I have tried to create chapters using Tsvc and all I get is this error message when I try to create the bin file.

can anyone help me? I have the vcd imager in the same dir and cdi from Nero is there too.
I know how to make a menu with Nero I just want to add entrypoints or chapters for my movie.
Is there an easy way to add entrypoints?
