    Hi all,

    I have a divx .avi movie and Tmpgenc, Studio DV will NOT convert it to .mpg for it, it spits at me and tells me it can't use the existing .avi file as a source.

    Can somebody please give me any clue on what I can use ?

    Did you try change the directshow prirority in tmpgenc?

    sometimes it works, if you send it through virtualdub, set audio and video to direct stream copy, and then try tmpenc
