Help! Nero problem.

Howdy, I just installed a Pioneer 106 (firmware 1.07) and have Nero 5.5.9.14, which i'm sure can burn DVD's. I wanted to put some files onto a DVD but Nero won't recognise my DVD drive!

Can anyone help?

I had a similar problem with my Sony OEM drive. Have a look on Nero's website and see if your drive is supported on that version. If not is there a later version of Nero 5 you can use.

I ended up going to Nero 6 and it was recognised fine.

In fact I just checked the site and Nero claims that the Pioneer 106 needs version : 5.5.10.45
