    I've got a clip I want to occupy about 25% of the screen. The background will be a still, possibly one that alternates every few minutes. Audio used will be from the clip.

    I have no idea how to do this. Cannot seem to find anything on this.

    I have Premiere 6.5 and would guess that this will do the trick.

    The Transform filter is what you want to use. It's an amazing little tool, so learn to use it. I use it all the time when I do sport videos. I use it to overlay scorebugs and to flash players faces during the game. It's also handy for flipping video upside-down.
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........

    Yeah, that was one thing I did use to do it.

    I've got my project laid out. Procoder needs 6 hours to encode, so I'll save that for tomorrow night.
