SVHS to Flywire conversion box?

Being 'new' to this field I ask the question, is there a "blackbox" available that will allow me to convert from my Hi8 camera through to a converter box using the camera's SVHS connection and them going out of the converter box via a flywire connection?

If not would someone be able to point me in the right direction re this idea.
