    Is there a good and affordable portable DVD player with a built-in TV available today? Please advise. Thanks.

    What do you consider affordable?
    I bought the Initial 8" and it plays everything I've put in it including DVD-Mp3's. I know the 7" is going for $230 at Walmart.

    Does it also play PAL dvd's?

    I only have one PAL DVD and it is set to Region free, but it does play...
