Does anyone know of a Canon attachment that will allow printing on blank printable media? I have a Canon S830D.

Just heat the disc up on a hotplate so it goes all bendy, then feed it through the paper tray as usual.
Only kidding, no - seriously - unless you have a truly straight paper path then don't expect an accessory that allows disc printing. You might have to consider a new printer since disc capable printers tend to require rigid loading trays that feed in from the back. Unless you want to take a hacksaw to your printer, I suspect you will be out of luck "retrofitting" your current printer. -
If you don't need many disks printed at once, try the Lexmark mod.
Z23 lexmark printer is $19 + tax at Wallmart, same as the Z25 which costs $35. Mod is easy and only need a couple normal tools like screw driver and a file and some way to cut plastic like rotory tool or hack saw.
Print quality is very good! I made one and making more now.
Took a couple hours for the first one, being carefull and reading alot. Now would take about an hour to just jump in and do it probably, but I am looking at other things I might do also.
Fun to build, CHEAP, and great printing. Refills can be bought cheap (generics cartriges or Refill your own) so what more could a peson ask for?
Also mod it nicely for looks, and you have a one of a kind functional work of art
I might put a UV cathode in this next one, with some blacklight paint inside, and I also have plating supplies and might gold plate or chrome some parts
