I have captured 1-hour of DV from a Canon ZR65 with Ulead Video Studio 7, it is stored on my HD. I'm attempting to burn a DVD with Nero6 Ultra...I can't and am truly confused with conversions etc, I just want to burn a DVD that will play in a regular DVD machine that I can watch on TV. There is VOB files, BUP files and IFO files. I don't get it. In addition to not understanding how to burn a DVD, when I captured the DV from the Camera with a firewire connection it took an hour to download, is there a faster way? Really, thanks in advance

All the BUPs, VOBs, IFOs, etc, all go into the VIDEO_TS folder in your Nero software to burn into your DVD. Maybe you read up some more on the guides here.
    Hello.

I can't speak to Ulead VideoStudio or Nero as I don't have those applications, but I can address one thing that hasn't been answered: capturing from tape to your hard drive is a real-time process. I'm not aware of any way to speed it up.
