    In TMPGEnc there is option under "Quantize matrix" called "Soften Block Noise." Now is there a way I can perform the same with Avisynth? Is there a command or plug-in that will allow be to do that? Thanks

    Couldn't you just have TMPGEnc run your AVS script?
