    Hi,

    I've just finished converting a 23.976fps movie using CCE, and when i use pulldown.exe afterwards, it changes the fps to 29.970. This causes some jerkyness when played back on my DVD player.

    Why is pulldown changing the fps?

    Because Pulldown effectively creates an extra frame
    every four frames, 4 -> 5

    why are you doing that ? You are in PAL land ?
