DVDShrink Question.

Hi All,

On the last section of shrink, (when you are choosing you output destination) if I take the tick out of region free and place a tick in the region 2 box, does it actually place a region 2 code into the back-up.

For instance, if I backed up a region 1 disc but placed region 2 back in when backing-up, would I then be able to play it on a hard coded region 2 player.

that's what it does

I would just make it multi region so it plays on any player though this may affect some DVD's which need selective IFO's to be made region free after ripping or esle you get playback issues. I know 2COOL posted a workaround with one such issue
