    Is there a good place to find menu templates I could use with Adobe DVD Encore?

    Other than the few that are included it's not meant to be a template-based DVD authoring app. You'll likely want to try DVD Menu Studio if you want to simplify making menus. You'll get the best results making them in Photoshop though. If you want templates go get MyDVD or DVD MovieFactory instead of Encore.
