IFO files to media?

I need to convert IFO files to some sort of media files so Edit Studio 4 will read them how do I do this?I have dvd shrink and dvdlab.I am trying to put all of the best fight scenes for different movies all on one dvd. The files say VIDEO-TS IFO file and VTS_01-0 IFO file.I need to use Edit Studio 4 to put a transition between scenes.

You got any VOB files to go with those IFO files,

AFAIK The IFO's hold INFormation about the media thats in the VOB files (Video OBjects i think)

you will need both b4 you can do what you want to do

No VOB files but there are some BUP files.

AFAIK BUP's are just the backups of the IFO files .

I am using dvd shrink to get the scenes and this is what it gives me IFO and BUP how do I make them VOBs.
