  1. I have created an MPEG2 file with MGI VideoWave 4. with a CBR of 1700 and resolution of 720x567. I want to resize, edit, cut this file in TMPEG but it does not allow to open the file. Unsupported or invalid it write. The file itself can be opened however with Win DVD.

  3. You could also framserve using avisynth and mpeg2dec plugin

  5. i installed a program called Elecard Mpeg2 Player. after that it worked for me. i think it contains the codecs.....

  6. I did that too, i can play MPEG-2 files, but cant open them in TMPGenc, its annoying.

    I'll email you a codec
    you can open mpeg-2 files in TMPGEnc
    it does not have a "watermark" like the Elecard codec
