I had so meny problems with my Dell computer I say never buy Dell. If thay have it that cheep, somebody else will have it soon too, I think.

Well..... for Sony... it took about 8-12 months until price went down to match that one. But that very very hot item

Personally, I've had good luck w/ their computer and other stuff as well. You can alway cancel if they say it's going to take 2 or more weeks. Great deal for those who don't want to mess w/ rebates. I believe Dell is also a authorized retailer.

I was at CompUSA today and they had the E80 for $400 after rebates. They also have the LiteON DVD recorder for $250.

When I checked with Compusa they gave me the price of $649 after a $50 instant rebate. Are there additional rebates besides the instant rebate?

I don't know all I saw was the special flyer paper they have at the store and it listed the E80 at $399 after rebates. Maybe it was a typo and it should have been the E50 (I thought to muyself that sure sounds cheap).

Don't scare people like that. There's NO way CompUsa has a Panasonic E-80 DVD recorder for $400 when they normally sell it for $650+
