Help with IFOEdit custom chapters and region free!

On the DVD the chapters are at random time marks and I have all the VOB, IFO, and BUP files to work with. I have the exact times that I want the chapters to start at so how do I use IFOEdit to edit and change the times in the IFO file?

I also used the region free feature in IFOEdit and when I burned the DVD it was still set to the original region rather than all region. Am I skipping a step or doing something wrong?

Make a list of your chapter times in notepad.
The numbers should be multiplied by 25 (frames) for PAL
Save as "Celltimes.txt"

Demux you Vobs with Vobedit and re-author with Ifoedit using your Celltimes.txt

So, you would want times, and frames?

if you could post an example, that would help greatly.

For Pal 25 frames = 1 Second so if you just have the times :

1 minute is 60 x 25 = 1500

8 minutes 35 seconds is 8 x 60 + 35 x 25 = 12875

If you use MPlayerClasic you can see the frames directly and don't need the maths.
