i get 5 seconds pause in the begining of movie using tmpge

hi every time i make a dvd with tmpge i get like a 5 second pause while the audio is still running so the audio is 5 seconds ahead of the movie, i didnt use to get the 5 sec pause b4 so can someone please help me sort out this problem thanks.
