not ripping every chapter??? why

hi i just tried ripping a dvd..its a 3 dvd box set..seasons 1 and 2 of a show.
i tried ripping the 1st dvd to my harddrive using eazyvcd.
it worked fine and everything..took about an hour..then i burnt the cue file..popped the burnt vcd in my dvd player..it played back fine..BUT..not all the chapters were there..i set my eazyvcd exactly shown here....

any ideas why it only ripped SOME of the dvd and not the WHOLE thing?

i just tried ripping another dvd//disk 2..it took about 5 min..then the tmpgenc popped up to convert..and it only converted 15min of the whole dvd..thought it was to take 5-6 hours?
HELP!! what am i doing wrong? i followed the eazyvcd guide step by step
