Is it possible to use Tmpenc without the sound being broken up?
I am converting MPEG2 352x288 to 480x576 for SVCD. I have tried demuxing the audio first, converting just the video and then remuxing, but the audio is then about 1/2 sec behind the video even though both streams have exactly the same length.
Alternativeley, is there a simple, free program which I could load both streams into and then drag the audio around until it matches the video, then remux?
