  1. I can do everything with it (nerovision express 2) eg chapter creating, menus etc, but when i go to the end to burn the finished item, it only encodes half of it, if that of the whole production. Its nothing to do with file size as im well within range with that. Ive tested both burning to disc and to hard drive and it happens with both so im a little confused.
Ive looked in the options and nothing stands out that i could tweak to sort it out so help needed please.
I am running a trial version but i cant believe that this would effect it, the website does say its the full version.
    Thanks in advance.

    Here are some suggestions:

    - If you aren't running version 2.0.1.15, then download it and try again.

    - If you don't have NTFS partitions on your hard drive, then you will only be able to create a max file size of 2 GB.

    - Does the process end properly and say that it is done? Does it hang? What happens at the end of the process?

    - What is your original source? It might be that your source files are corrupted.

  3. the version ive downloaded is 2.0.1.15, and my partitions are NTFS,
it doesnt hang and it finishes by saying that the process has been completed correctly,
The source files I am working with are just mpeg-2 produced out of mgi videowave.

    Any more help much appreciated.

MPEG-2 files seem to be a weak point with NVE2 at this point. It seems that NVE2 wants to transcode the file again, even though it doesn't need to.

I have written support about this issue. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

My only suggestion at this point is to try and contact Nero Support @ http://www.nero.com/us/support.php. I have used them mutiple times and they have always gotten back to me.
