    I was wondering if any of the members have any leads for a new video head for my NEC DS8000u VCR player. I checked all the usual resources and have come up empty. Any help would be appreciated.

    How old is that unit? It may be that they no longer make new parts for it. It also might just be cheaper to purchase a brand new unit.
