  1. I have some problem here with mpeg editing

    Yeah, now i have 1 *. mpeg-2 file was captured by intervideo-winvcr

Oke, the problem here is the video frame detect by virtual dub is 29.970 and the sound frame is 25.000 and they are out of sync when i play it on some software player.

My only choice in virtual dub is sync audio and video by chose option - Frame rate -> Change so sound and video duration match. Its oke but it ONLY work with AVI file and not Mpeg-2 file.

Somebody show me which program could change my frame of video and sound like Virtual Dub but work on MPEG-2 file not AVI file ?!!?

Since you know how to solve your problem with Virtual Dub, why don't you use Virtual Dub mod to load your MPEG-2 file, fix the synch, and frameserve it to TMPGEnc to get it back to MPEG?

How about demuxing the file with tmpgenc and get the audio and convert it with besweet presets(pal-ntsc 25-29.97fps) and then remux with tmpgenc.

  8. Demux into video & audio streams. Load audio into Sound Forge 7. Timestretch the file shorter or longer to synch it to the video. Save as wav. Use ffmpegGUI (freeware) to convert the wav to ac3. Author the video & ac3 to vobs & burn to DVDR.
