    Hi all,

I want to take an XviD AVI turned MOV (through DDII) with added subs from a .srt file that I added with TitleLab and turn the whole movie into a VCD. I normally use FFMPEGX to convert from AVI/MOV to VCD, but it doesn't seem to be working. When I try the conversion, I have neither "Decode with Quicktime" checked nor "Decode with mplayer" checked. And, with a few simple settings, the terminal prints out:

It doesn't so anything, and I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks,

  2. Use "Decode with Quicktime" if your input movie is a Quicktime movie.
