well i used this program now to get the video from a divx file and it always is 1second or 2 seconds shorter than the original running time of clip
what's wrong with that :S

Sorry, my Crystal ball is away being repaired, you will have to maually enter the specs of your source video and the TmpGenc settings used if you want any sensible answers.
