    Read a dvd to svcd guides. Many dvd to svcd tools can open vobs directly, https://www.videohelp.com/dvdripping#32

    USE DVD2AVI TO EXTRACT THE AUDIO FROM THE VOB, THEN USE TMPGENC TO CONVERT IT (AUDIO & VIDEO) TO SVCD FILE (MPEG2)

    ITS ALL IN THE GUIDES YOU WERE POINTED TO.
