  1. Hi
    How can I edit brightness and/or picture quality of an MPEG-1 file (VCD)
    I tried VirtualDub it works fine but takes long time and space to save the AVI file.

    Please help !

    Get a faster CPU

    Seriously though, you can adjust a few settings etc (using TmpGencs built in filters, esp noise reduction, really slows things down) but to get a real boost get a faster cpu.
