Had very good luck with 3 beta 5 , ran program 4 times w/o a hitch. Ran today, while disc was analyzing, BANG...system crash. Tried 2 diff films, both same results. Removed and tried ver 2.3 and had same results. System memory is fine (640MB) Have power supply monitor...shows no problem. Did windows error reporting, came back "Device Driver Error" . HDD? DVD-Rom? Vid card? Just updated Vid card drivers(SB Live). Any clues?

I've read other post of same problem, power supply issue possibly? Have 430 True Power AND MBoard monitor. Certainly not that. Also tried Shrink 2.3 and had same results. Time marches on......

If you just updated drivers and the problem started, that's the clue. If you didn't make any changes, that's a little harder. I doubt it's a PS problem. Most likely a bad driver. You have XP, do a restore to an earlier setup. Before that, you can also go to Control Panel>System>Advanced>Startup and recovery and set not to restart after problem. May not help, but it will give you some more info.
