    Am i doing something wrong?
When i convert my avi to svcd with tmpg the output file as you know is a mpeg system file. To burn i use vcd easy but it doesn't recognise the mpeg created by tmpg. Why? The only burn program that i have that recognise's this system file is nero.
I like to use vcd easy because it allows me to add chapters, if anyone has a better program to add chapters and easy to use let me know.

Never had any problems with TMPGEnc and SVCD. VCDEasy accepts them fine. Are you using the SVCD template?
That Nero "accepts" it is probably only due to the fact that it recognizes it as something it thinks it can convert to SVCD compliant mpeg...
